Two New Models, R225 and R245, Bring Full Supra DNA to a More Attainable Price Point
MARYVILLE, TENNESSEE – Supra Boats, a Skier's Choice Inc. brand, is proud to introduce R-Class, an all-new lineup that marks the brand's boldest expansion in years. Featuring two new models—the R225 and R245—R-Class fills a key gap in the market, giving customers a mid-premium option strategically positioned next to its premium S-Class boats.
Over the past several years, towboat pricing across the industry has climbed sharply, leaving many longtime fans of life on the water behind. R-Class was built to address that gap. It's designed to welcome new customers to Supra for the first time, while giving those who may have felt priced out of the segment altogether four to six years ago a way back in, without asking them to settle for less.
The R-Class carries full Supra DNA. From the hull to the helm, R-Class was designed and engineered from the ground up to deliver the performance, craftsmanship, and standard-feature approach Supra is known for—at a more accessible price point.
Meet the R225 and R245
The R225 measures 22'5" and seats up to 15 passengers, while the larger R245 stretches to 24'5" and accommodates up to 17. Both models feature Supra's Hybrid Bow design and draw their hull architecture from the acclaimed SL platform introduced in 2026, giving R-Class a proven foundation on the water. Every other element of the boat—including the tower, windshield, interior, dash, seating, and audio system—was designed specifically for R-Class.

Performance Built In, Not Bolted On
R-Class comes standard with Zero Off GPS cruise control, AutoWake® boat positioning, and the Swell® Surf System with Launch feature, giving customers precise, repeatable wake and wave performance right out of the gate. Power comes from a lineup of Ford 6.2L Raptor engines, with 400 horsepower standard on the R225 and 450 horsepower standard on the R245, plus an available 550 horsepower supercharged option for those who want an extra edge.
Standard Features, Not a Stripped-Down Boat
Many boats reach a lower price point by cutting what's included and pushing it into costly upgrades. R-Class takes the opposite approach. It's standard feature rich, matching the brand's premium positioning while landing in a more attainable price category. Standard equipment includes a Dynamic Sound Design (DSD) 5-zone audio system with 17 speakers, a single 12-inch touchscreen with an all-new GUI, GPS mapping and telematics, wireless phone charging, RGB lighting across three zones, a power folding tower with standard board racks, a standard bimini, and two-layer GatorStep flooring. R-Class also shares the same gelcoat, metal flake, vinyl, and thread color options as S-Class, keeping the look and feel consistent across the Supra family.
"R-Class gives us something we haven't had before—a boat that delivers the performance and feature set Supra riders expect, positioned right where the market needed it. This isn't a stripped-down boat. It's a purpose-built platform, with full Supra DNA, that opens the door for more riders to experience what makes Supra special." — Ryan Lewis, Product Manager for Supra Boats
