Supra’s Team Riders Rocked the Nationals!
Supra team riders Amber Wing, Trevor Hansen, Reed Hansen, Josh Sanders, Ben Greenwood and Austin Hair enjoyed unprecedented success at last week's WWA US National Championships.
Amber continued her torrid hot riding streak, winning the US Nationals for the first time in her career. This followed two consecutive third place finishes in her most recent events.
Reed Hansen blew away the competition becoming the first wakeskate competitor to land a 3 shove-it to take first place at the event over a stacked field.
Trevor Hansen finished in fifth place in the Men's Wakeboarding division. Like Amber Trevor has enjoyed tremendous consistent results on the Men's Pro Tour in 2007, putting himself in the midst of the chase for the King of the Wake.
Team riders Austin Hair, US Representative Rider for the Pan-Am Games, Ben Greenwood, former Alliance Rider of the year and Josh Sanders, Former King of the Wake also qualified to ride at the WWA World Championships in the Pro Wakeboard division.
"It's tremendously rewarding to have the opportunity to work with this team." said Michael Littman, Skier's Choice Marketing Director. "Of course their riding skills are phenomenal. But the real pleasure with this crew is simply being in their company. They are even better people than they are riders. We are fortunate that they have chosen to represent Supra."
The WWA World Championships will be held on the waters of Sparks Marine in Sparks, NV from August 23 - 26. This is the first year that the World's will be exclusively towed by Supra. In addition, Moomba and Pacific Coast Marine Windshields are holding an additional Double-Up event on site during the contest.
